We attach great important to our travel documents - they are very detailed and an included service on all of our trips. You can be assured to be receive all important and helpful information, not too much, not too less. Of course every booklet is customized for the respective trip and can vary in terms of layout and content.
Following documents are included per booked room:
Detailed maps
Map of routes and trails in a suitable scale, from 1:50.000 to 1:100.000.
Route book
Your bible when on tour with us and the most detailed piece of information for your trip. With helpful and interesting tips about the tour itself, daily overviews, places to see and restaurants to visit. Always with focus on the needs of bikers and hikers, so you!
Bike app
Our app can be warmly recommended for an easy-peasy orientation on your own smartphone, available for Android and iPhone. No need to learn the functions of a GPS device and also applicable without internet connection. Exactly what we need when being off the beaten tracks!
City maps
Handy to have once you approach your final destination and of course to see what's going on the neighbourhood.
What you receive before your trip
Ca. 3-4 weeks we send you an email with:
- your route book
- a detailed list of all booked hotels
What you receive on spot
A chic and sustainable produced felt wrapper with:
- your printed route book
- detailed maps of routes and trails
- City maps
- Luggage tags
- tickets for train rides etc. (if included in the tour)
