The change in altitude and/or distances increases somewhat with tours of this category. You mainly walk on walking trails where surefootedness is needed, in some sections even a head for heights. Expect daily walking tours from 4 to 6.5 hours, including small summit ascents. For our level 3 a good fitness level is necessary in order to enjoy the high altitude paths and your holiday.
